Proposal Terms and Conditions

  • MoxDog Media Solutions, LLC, the company, proposes to provide certain multimedia products and services for you, the customer. Pricing for additional services subject to change.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice and based on the payment schedule. Failure to receive payment as scheduled may result in suspension of work, project restart fee, and suspension of service.
  • Project Restart Fee:  The company will schedule and allocate resources for this project.  If during the project the client chooses to delay the project or is unable to provide necessary feedback to MoxDog to keep the project on track, the timeline becomes void and the client agrees to pay a restart fee of $750.  New timeline request pending MoxDog availability and agreement.
  • Rush Charges: Moving up a deadline will result in rush charges that can range from an additional 25-100% of the initial cost. This cost will be determined at the time of the request.
  • Showing Work: The customer gives permission to the Company to include their project in the MoxDog Media Solutions, LLC Online Portfolio as well as the work shown to future potential clients.
  • Ownership/Royalties: All work completed on the project remains the property of the company until payment is made in full with good funds. At that point, the customer owns the web files.
  • Digital Video/Photography/Other Media: It is implied, any photography or media supplied by the customer, that the customer owns or has paid rights to use said photographs.
  • Confidentiality: The Company recognizes and acknowledges that the customer possesses certain confidential information that constitutes a valuable, special, and unique asset. As used herein, the term “confidential information” includes all information and materials belonging to, used by, or in the possession of the customer relating to its products, processes, services, technology, inventions, patents, ideas, contracts, financial information, developments, business strategies, pricing, current and prospective customers, marketing plans, and trade secrets of every kind and character.
  • AAA: The American Arbitration Association will handle disagreements between the customer and the company.
  • Laws of New Hampshire: All disagreements will be settled by New Hampshire law.
