Jen began her professional career in Boston's corporate insurance sector before listening to her entrepreneurial drive. She earned her degree in Web Design and Multimedia and launched MoxDog in 2003. She spearheads creative direction, visual identity, and UI/UX engineering, transforming client concepts into vibrant, conversion-focused online experiences.
Tom O'Neill
Tom brings over 15 years of operational excellence across healthcare, private security, and business scaling. Prior to expanding MoxDog in 2015, he founded and managed specialized behavioral healthcare support operations for major regional hospitals. Tom guides digital marketing, strategic client growth, and search visibility.
